The necessity of a section devoted to observing environmental policies is dictated by the particular historical moment. This is done not to have a series of more or less generic information on  government decisions, but to be able to follow the logic with which the various issues are faced and, accordingly, to be able to give a contribution in terms of suggestions, actions, and specific interventions. In the last thirty years, the way we conceive being involved in politics, in its concepts, has changed, at least in the awareness of some  politicians, scholars, and common people. There is still a lot to do for the application of  concrete policies, those which  have to change the habits and the awareness of the citizens towards others or towards the other things that surround us.
